Self Build Case Project

Ridgeway House, a 5 bedroom Detached dwelling in Owslebury.

We were approached by a Winchester Architect to Design and Construct a bespoke Oak Framed House that enhanced the surroundings of the open countryside within a large plot.

Ridgeway House uses SIP panel technology to make it as environmentally friendly as possible. This also means the installation time On-Site is dramatically reduced when compared to more traditional methods. In this instance, the entire Structural frame of the house took three weeks to assemble on site.

As Self Builders, the Clients were regularly involved in the process of the build, from refining the design to match their exact specifications and selecting the finish of the Oak.
